We use Canada Post to ship our packages. To keep the shipping FREE to customers, we ship in the smallest possible envelope.

As we are a small company, shipping became a huge cost, but we know that free shipping is important to all of us, so we have made adjustments to keep shipping FREE so that we are able to share "Brow Simple" with everyone who wants/needs it.

return & exchange policy

If you're not happy with the product, please return it to the address on the label and once received, we will process the refund.
